Woo! We are FUNDED!

I'm Rose, Onyx Path's development producer. ^_^ Creative director Rich Thomas and I will be your hosts for these updates. (Rich probably thinks "host" in a classy way, but I'm perfectly happy to be Vampira.) You'll also hear from the book's developers, Matthew Dawkins and Neall Price, and our community manager, Ian Watson.

With funding comes our first stretch goal! At $45,000, we'll create a limited edition backer t-shirt. This will be available at-cost on our RedBubble store for a limited time, after which we'll change the design.

And after that, at $60,000 as our next stretch goal, we'll add a new section to the book of your choosing. In a few hours, we'll put up a poll to vote on which one you'd like to see. (We won't be counting votes in the comments or elsewhere.)

Please note: All three of these will be stretch goal options eventually. The poll is to decide what comes first.

1. The Way of Three Eyes - Just after his discovery of the remnants of House Goratrix, Beckett follows up on a lead to the heart of Transylvania, tracking down the last few elders of the Salubri bloodline. But the intrepid archaeologist finds more than he bargained for in the shadow of Hunedoara Castle and the collection of Inconnu it hosts.  

2. Hands of Darkness - Following a brutal attack on a Sabbat gathering, Lucita enlists Beckett in discovering the culprit, who appears to be one of the Black Hand - the militant arm of the Sabbat. A name is whispered among the survivors - “Dastur Anosh”, the first Seraph of the Hand. But what the Gangrel discovers goes deeper, into the Antediluvian roots of the Lost Tribe and the mystic spiritualism underpinning the very philosophy of the Sword of Caine.  

3. On Mysteries Eschatological - Beckett seeks out the remainder of the subjugated Cappadocian Clan in Egypt. Via the vampire Angelique, he discovers the secrets of their survival, and a broader, healthier Clan than he realized existed, its members working towards the long death of their enemies, and maybe even civilization itself.

Hello, folks! Welcome to another awesome Onyx Path Kickstarter. ^_^ I'm Rose Bailey, Onyx Path's Development Producer. I'll be around to update and chat throughout the course of the KS.

Other folks you'll see around are Rich Thomas, Onyx Path Creative Director (and my boss), Neall Price and Matthew Dawkins, who developed the book, and Ian Watson, Onyx Path Community Manager. We may also be visited by Eddy Webb, V20 Line Developer, and any of the writers who care to join in the fun!

We're off to a great start, and I can't wait to reveal our first stretch goals.

One item of business, though: Rich was a bit under the weather when filling in the reward tiers, and made a mistake. If you pledged for the $95 tier, please accept our apologies and change your pledge to the $75 tier -- we just saved you $15!
